Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in are eligible for a 95% refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Early Check-in & Late Check-out: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply for check-in more than 90 minutes before the standard check-in time or check-out more than 90 minutes after the standard check-out time. Please contact our team in advance to check availability.

Pets: We love pets! While Kabins is not fully pet-friendly yet, we are happy to accommodate pets on a case-by-case basis, subject to prior approval. Pets are not permitted in the pool or jacuzzi, or on beds and sofas. Guests travelling with pets are requested to carry their own food and water bowls.

Outside Visitors: Outside visitors are not permitted without prior approval from the Kabins team. Visitors may be considered upon providing valid identification, but approval is at the discretion of the Kabins team and may be declined.
