How many Kabins are available?

We have one 3 bedroom kabin, one 2 bedroom kabin and one Studio kabin. We are one of the very few boutique homestays in Lonavala.

How is food arranged at the property?

Breakfast is inclusive in the above cost. Also, we have an in-house chef at the property. You can place an order for all of your other meals with him, he will cook the meals at our common kitchen and provide you with the food in your kabin, so you don’t even have to move out of the property for anything. Our food prices are very reasonable as well. You can see our food menu attached with this message.

How are the roads to Kabins?

It’s a proper highway road to the village next to our homestay. From the village to the gated community (in which our property is) is a proper tar road. Inside the gated community is a uphill well maintained paver block road right to our property. There are very few secluded homestays in Lonavala with proper motorable roads right to the property.

We love pets, however, we’re not completely pet friendly yet. However, if certain conditions are followed then we can surely make an exception. Please find them below: 1.  Pets should not be allowed in the pool/jacuzzi2.  Pets should not be allowed in the beds/sofas 3.  Pet food bowls should be carried 😊

What's the best way to travel to and from Kabins?

Accepted Answer

The best way to travel to Kabins is self drive (own or rented) to enjoy the picturesque route to our place. However, another option would be a travel by Uber or Ola (Rs.1800-Rs.2500 one way)

Other notable options would be travel by train or bus to Lonavala and then taking a local cab (Rs.1200-1500 one way) to Kabins.

If you don't have your own car then to go back to your home from Kabins, you can easily take a local cab directly to your place in Mumbai/Pune (Rs.4200-Rs.4500) or take the local cab to Lonavala (Around Rs.1500) and travel by bus or train back to your city.

What kind of facilities will I get in your Kabin homestays in Lonavala?

We have private pools and private gardens with our 3 and 2 bedroom Kabins respectively. We have a private outdoor jacuzzi with our Studio Kabin. We also have board games like Ludo, Carrom Board, Jenga, Poker Chips, Monopoly inside the Kabins. Chef service, Housekeeping service and Barbecue Service is also complimentary.

We have an in-house chef at the property. Our food prices are very reasonable as well. We serve North Indian, South Indian, Chinese, Italian and Nepalese cuisines.

Yes, we can arrange for bonfire but at an additional cost of Rs.500 per session.

The 3 Bedroom Kabin and the 2 Bedroom Kabin have their own private infinity pools and private gardens. The Studio Kabin has its own private outdoor jacuzzi. All the Kabins are equipped with their own kitchenettes with a microwave, a refrigerator and an induction hob. Other amenities like Wifi and free parking spaces are also available with all the Kabins.

What all activities can we do in homestays in Lonavala?

Pawna Dam is just 10 minutes away from our property. Boating can be done there. A trek to Lohagarh fort can be done directly from our property, it can take up to an hour trekking. Our property is inside a gated community of 300 acres! You can go for trails from our property and view different points like Pawna Lake, Pawna Valley, Visapur Fort and other parts of the vicinity.

Yes, you can cook your own meals if needed since all the Kabins are equipped with a private kitchenette with a microwave and an induction hob.
